We play table tennis at the Green Lake Community Center gymnasium on Saturday and Sunday evenings. The club has been operating continuously since the summer of 1996.
We especially welcome newcomers, international players, adults seeking a great lifetime sport, competitive garage players who want to move up, and visitors! We love people who love our game. We support kids and families who like to play together.
The personality of the Green Lake club is unique among Seattle clubs: more relaxed, easy-going, and a little slower. We have a schedule that lets you play for several hours at a time if you want. We have a lot of space and a lot of tables, so you can often choose to practice for quite a while if you prefer.
If you don’t have a partner, is it possible to find someone to play with on any given night?
Yes. Most people come without partners. You can ask anyone to play, or you can put your paddle down next to a table where others are playing. You will be in line to play the winner.
